The Wait for JDM/ Magnum Powers Blower is Over!
One More
Features include a deeper, wider, longer inlet port. (rotors were moved 3/4" forward and snout shortened 3/4" to accomplish this.
Snout has front and rear bearings to allow more belt tension. 2.80" pulley included. Outlet port is substantially larger. Silencing holes are eliminated. Hope to put it on this weekend!

Nice looking blower. Hats off to JDM for offering an alternative.
As far as the
Statement goes, I would have to ask how do you get more belt tension when your using a spring loaded tensioner? (Keep in mind that the stock tensioner has a working limit built into it), so unless JDM plans on coming out with an aftermarket adjustable belt tensioner, you wont get anymore tension on this blower than what is already available.
Good job JDM

How much did it cost you since you used your rotors of your eaton? THis is gonna be m next mod when i get money since i just spent it all on wheels.

Just wondering can that thing be ported.... hey porting does wonders for the stock eaton ... has anyone tested a ported eaton compared to the magnum blower?
Lets us know how it performs.

So you're saying that the metco idler pulleys don't add tension & reduce belt slippage?
I'm thinking that with the metco setup, the snout is pulled down & to the side pretty hard..

More belt tension, NO
Tension on the belt and snout is directly related to the spring pressure in the tensioner, not the amount of wrap around the pulley.
If our blowers were to have an adjustable tensioner, the belt and pulleys would have to be cogged, not ribbed, just like timing belts.
