I have tried several times to reach you by phone this afternoon, but your line has been busy, therefore I am sending you this note in regard to your Local SVTOA of Albertal membership.



As discussed yesterday, Article VI - Membership, Item 2 of the SVTOA Charter states the following:



The sponsoring dealer may suspend or terminate a person's membership in the sponsored chapter if the sponsoring dealer (in the sponsoring dealer's sole discretion) determines that a member's conduct is undesirable or contrary to the sponsoring dealer's and/or chapter's interests.


I have confirmed this morning that both sponsoring dealers of the SVTOA of Alberta chapter are in agreement that your membership to the SVTOA of Alberta chapter has been rescinded. Your National SVTOA membership remains valid and comes up for renewal on November 30, 2004.

Ok, So what did I do wrong?. I was Sued by Freedom Ford in Edmonton 2 years ago. I filed a counter suit and one. Amongst all the gossip I recently had a major fight with Metro Ford in Calgary regarding trade assistance on the 03 Lightning. What I did wrong there 'if you can call it wrong' is with all the troubles I have had with the Lightning I asked Jeff Hantos to speak to the warrenty rep at ford for assistance to trade out of the piece I have and life will go on. After speaking to him he said he would talk to him and see what he can do and to ask in a week. I did, no trade assistance the first ask. Thats fine maybe it is normal for Lightnings to give this many problems and I'am the problem. Well guess what 3 days after that the clutch fan goes, It gets fixed and the water pump has play and guess whats next. Yep the fan cruses through the radiator and the flying debris even dented the hood from the inside out from the chit flying around. All warrentyed though. That was in November.

Tomorrow I'am THINKING of going to see a attorney and fileing a lawsuit on SVTOA, Freedom Ford Sales, Metro Ford Sales and if applicable Ford Motor Company. It states if my conduct is undesireable or contrary to a sponsoring dealers and/ or a chapter's intrest" I have been to 1 SVTOA Meeting and that is it I never said 1 word the whole time.
n a more positive note it doesn't say that my suspention is national but I will find that out tomorrow.

Should I sue? I would like your opinions. Thanks guys/gals

 

i would try talking to them first and explaining everything to svtoa before you go and file on them.

 

I did, The Alberta chapter is sponsored by 2 dealers, Freedom Ford and Advantage Ford. Advantage said I could be there member and they will talk to Freedom. Freedom said if I have any involvement they will completely drop there chapter rights and dump them on Advantage. So they said fine have your way and we will ban him. All the while Terry from SVTOA head office in Dearborn was on the phone in a confrence call with the dealers.

 

Man you are the drama queen of the forum. I say take your licks and move on. Obviously you have a way of pissing people off. Could it be because of some fabricated story?

It's people like you that think everything is settled with a lawsuit.

 

Being that you admittedly went to one meeting is it really worth the hassle?

 

I hate to agree with Max but I do, you are the all time drama queen. They dont have to give you a reason, its called the right to refuse service.

 

Maxtorque is right, as he says I can really **** people off and I'am good at it to.
On the flipside I have never once in my life lost in cival court. I have made good money there too. In Alberta there is provincial Statutes and Regulations that are supposto stop this sort of thing from happening. I have briefed my lawyer on it and already theres Malishous intent already. i will know more tomorrow

 

Is this really worth sueing over? I thought people were sue happy in the US but this is kind of petty. I am not trying to flame you Blue but sueing because they kicked you out of a club that you only attended one time? If you buy as many vehicles as you claim taking business elswhere is more damaging than a petty defimation suit.

 

Granted you've had a tough road RE your 'SVT Experience' however mentioning legal action on a public forum probably isn't a wise maneuver.

When when when will you ever learn. Your fabricated stories are seriously getting old. At what point will you realize that there isnt a person in this fourm that believes anything you say. Your wheelchair car acccident-metroford- this that and the other thing stories are way old. knowone believes you, knowones jealous of you, KNOWONE CARES.

 

That is a nice first post.
I don't know blue and some of his stories are pretty wild, but for someone with one post to come on here like he knows everything there is to know about the situation is a little too much.

BTW, SVTOA has been sending me their crap for almost 3 years now. How do I make it stop?
