Which is better for...
I don't really like flexalite very much, I think they kinda lack quality, but the e-fan would help best at the quarter mile. The HP gain isn't better cooling or anything like that (which I assume is why you were wondering between that and the radiator). You change the stock fan to electric, so the battery is really running it instead of the engine. So you get a few extra HP.

In the 1/4 mile the fan will not kick in, so there will be no ellectrical draw, and not spinning the clutch fan will free up HP. The heat exchanger will keep the intake charge cooler, so you will be more consistant. Those along with a cobra water pump and your all set.
So I say go fan, heat exchanger, water pump.
