Add Another to the 12sec club

Hey Guys Whats up ???
Just wanted to add my name to the list of 12sec L's
I just got back from E-town NJ, for my first runs with the lil mods.
Opening Test And Tune Weekend.
Best run looked like this (workin on gettin the slips scanned)

Car No.
R.T.: .283
60' : 1.853
330' : 5.272
660' : 8.144
MPH : 85.13
1000' : 10.648
ET : 12.770
MPH : 106.12
(on this run the computer was broken, so I got a written out slip from the tower)

All was done on my "winter" tune on 93octane.
Also no Suspension mods whatsoever, and a set of Nitto 555R Drag Radials.
BIG to Tommy @ Outrageous Performance for the KILLER tune.
This was my last run of the day, but earlier I ran a 12.85 for my First EVER 12sec run.

Josh

Nice job!

I got my 12 second decal waiting to put on my rear window.

I just need NED to open up and a couple practice runs to get my slip ;-)

WAY TO GO JOSH
SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKING
WELCOME TO THE

Wish I could have came,

But I was a LITTLE busy yesterday, I cut down like
5 HUGE trees, I'll be cutting wood and cleaning up for months
to come. Not to mention repairing the damage we did,
F-ed up my Shed Roof
F-ed up my Patio Room Roof Trim
F-ed up my Picket Fence
F-ed up my Lawn
Took down the neighbors fence, hehehehehehe
And the worse tree is coming down today, that ones leaning
right over the neighbors pool "OH NO"

Looks like I better make sure I got some traction
next time me and you meet up

OR HIT THE SWITCH AND ADD A SECOND
Betwen you and "soon to be" JLP Built BAD BOY CHIM
I'm crusing the entire summer with slicks and the Bottle Armed.

Congrats.

Excellent times for the opening day. I thought the track would be so green, that any decent 60' times wouldn't be possible. But a 1.8 on drag radials proves me wrong, it can only get better

Sorry to hear of your problems Rob, but ATLEAST you didn't get poked in the eye!

Thanks guys.

Rob it was a shame you couldnt make it great cool day for racing and we could of seen what that W.A.S.P. was made of, but good luck with the tree removal.

Gator the track was actually hooking pretty well for me and others. There were quite a few guys doing MONSTER smokeys(including myself) which I think made a good difference in everything. my launch approach was just roll up stab it in the water box, then inch forward a little and smoke them until I saw the rear half of my bed disappear in my side mirror. LoL. Then roll up, and leave off idle.

Anyways Heres the 3 12sec slips:

(like I said on this run the computer broke so no printed out slip, had to settle for the written out one)

Nice runs...I gota be in the 12's. I'm hitten consecutive low 8.3's on F1's with pretty much the same mods, I went on Friday and pulled a best of 8.3074 at 84.05 with a 1.9269 60ft. DAMN I wish we had a 1320 here.

I was told that they on test and tunes set it up that .000 is a perfect light....I dunno I never red lighted once on any of the 4runs, so I guess its true.

I'll try it weds night or next wekend. I'll do a few hard pulls to the 1/8 mile mark and ease the rest of the way, before I pull out the stops.

I'll try to get a good run with the Apten before Iam shown the gate
