the holes are already there, but theyre not threaded, i just used the bolts to thread them with, it went fine for me!

i also cut the carpet out around the brackets to help to get the console to sit a little lower (you dont have to, but you could get a 1/2 gap or so around the bottom)

good luck

console

Thanks Denny for the reply I thought they were I'm a tech at a ford dealer and have changed a few left lower seat covers for the bolster support rod wearing on the cover. I took one of the lower covers and used the leather and the curved gray cloth part to cover the armrest of the console I think it will look good in the truck it will match the seat bottoms and maby look more factory also the carpet was cut out on the epy I took the console out of thanks again

no problem, hope the instal goes well. the cover sounds nice, i cant place exactly what material youre talkin about, bu i did something similar i think...i took the fabric that was on the bottom of the fatory armrest and re-did the top of the console, it came out like this...

the seams lined up perfectly.

post some pics when you get done, id like to see what youve got going on!

Sounds good man and hope you enjoy them. I had them in my truck for 1 month but only being able to have 1 passenger at a time wasnt for me. So i have a fully electric passenger seat and console sitting here so if i decide to go back with buckets someday.

thanks charlie...it took a little work to fix the console up...

and luckily my friend who was helping me do the mod saw that the armrest fabric would fit on the console , thats my fav part about it...

are you considering doing this?
