I am looking to purchase a low mileage like (18-30kmile) gen 1 lightning either 94-95.Color doesnt matter.I have actually found a couple for reasonable money but they are far away.A good deal turns out as too much $$ after shipping.Id like to find one on the east coast.FLorida, would be fine.i will be making a purchase within a couple of weeks as soon as tomorrow if a deal comes along.Im a serious buyer but want a perfect or near perfect truck. Some people are feel these trucks are only worth $10k and some think they are worth $15k. I have my own idea of what it is worth but it all comes down to this.A vehicle is only worth what someone is willing to pay.A bank isnt gonna loan any more than $5k on one regardless of mileage. That takes out the average consumer but with a cash buyer like myself,i am willing to jump on an airplane with cash in hand for the right truck/deal.i dont want one for free by any means but I would like a decent deal on a nice truck.I see these trucks all the time at auction with 70-100kmiles for 4500-6000 but i want a LOW mileage one and am willing to pay good for it.

No one seemed to want to pay for the red '95 with 4000 miles on ebay this week. I was high bidder at $14,500 but it only bid up to like $13,600.

This all belongs in the classifieds....

Its odd that a 11 year old Lightning is pervieved to be worth 3000 less than a 3-4 year old Lightning .....
