Here is a vid of a race. I am the Black L with the Apten. The silver L is SLVRNBLK with the exact same mods with two exceptions....Built Lower end and Kenne Bell. As expected...he won, but the Apten held it's own. He took me by 3 tenths.
11.96 to a 11.6x.

I'll leave it as long as I can.....I may have to kill it if the hits get to high. So if anyone wants to copy it to their computer better get it while you can...LOL.

I was going to the track this weekend to test mine, but it seems we got "some" snow coming in tonight, which Iam sure Rob02 will tell us all about
Its not suppose to be much, but most tracks don't have plows....hehe

LOL.....the "camera crew" sometimes forgets that the audio hears all.

During the taping of a different match up, I had to edit out a convo I was having about wether we where looking at butt crack or a tatoo...LOL.

Sorry about the snow...funny coincidence...my arch rival is a Rob also....thank goodness he didn't cheat with nitrous . You'll have to teach your Rob a better lesson than I did mine.

I'll post my sig. on this post...it's easier that way.

On how much I've gained in E.T. it is looking like about 3 tenths. It was about 65 that night so I have to go by what it ran in previous 65 degree weather at that track.

The next morning we were out at a different track about 150 miles east of there. Ran 3 11.9x passes in a row. It was about 70-72 degrees. I ran an 11.81 there before the Apten in 42 degree weather. It is a guess for now untill I can get some different temps to run in..... My best at this track in 70 degree weather before the Apten was a 12.2x.


Thanks for the kudos guys.....I don't know that the Kenne Bell guys have much to worry about unless you juice it...LOL

It was real cool running side by side too. Most of the time I am far enough ahead that I don't hear the L next to me. The sound of the Kenne bell screaming beside my Apten was something to hear. I thought about cranking the window down...LOL.

How fast were each of you guys spinning the blowers? Upper and Lower pulley sizes please.

LOL......I have my finger on the trigger for a built motor. It has now gone from if it's going to happen to when is it going to happen.


I am going to drop it down to a 4lb lower and stock upper in a week or so. I plan to hit as many of the FFW's as possible and am going to start working on consistency rather than E.T. I can do more of that next fall.

Good luck if you raise the boost. Just make darn sure your tune is not getting any detonation.

As they say....boost doesn't kill, Detonation does.

Mine are in my sig. I have a Metco 6lb lower (8.75) and a 2.80 upper.

I am not sure what Rob has on his Kenne Bell. I am sure he will see this post and let us know when he gets on the net.

I do know he is seeing about the same boost I am. He's just not making as much heat doing it.

 

My tuner definitely deserves the respect, I don't know about me...LOL. I just mash the gas and go .
