Fog light bulb change...

Fog light bulb change...
...okay don't wanna sound dumb, but when I was changing my oil yesterday I took a quick look at the back of my foglights and I have no idea how to reach the bulb to take it out an replace. I have a 1999 Lightning.
How do you remove the bulb? I planned on upgrading the bulbs soon
(and replacing the one cracked lens I have 
)

hey, thanks but I tried that already and if I found the answer I wouldn't have asked here in this thread. I know people hate to see repeated questions.
