Spare Motor
I would like to purchase a spare motor to build a long block with. I have a line on a 5.4 L motor from a 2000 F150 STOCK not a LIGHTNING.
1) Can I use this motor?
2) Are the heads the same?
3) Is the crank the same?
I would like to just swap the motor out and keep down time to a minimum. Any help would be appreciated.

2. yes as long as it's not a romeo motor
