S/C '96 Trans Am against me.

I was at friends house and one of his young brothers friend was there. He said he has a 96 Trans Am with a Paxton s/c, headers and its stick shift. Hes a young kid and was saying that if a Harley beats a Lightning he would smoke me. I said its possible, depends on the L driver. I also told him that Ls have a major traction problem, and I told that ya you might beat me but dont be so sure about it. I told him to go by my house and we will see whats up. What do you guys think? How fast can a s/c Trans Am be?

It's all about traction, your in Ca so I assume you can get
SOME tractions, go teach that boy a lesson he'll never forget.

I can see it now, conversation to his girlfriend,
I cant ****** believe I got whopped by a truck

Here in NY, a got dam VW would whoop me *** right now with
the lack of traction due to the cold road temps and my power level.
(%!@$#(@$#(@$#@*#$@*#$!*#@*!#$*@#$

Gator could prob even beat me

smoke his azz, but as bluelightning said be careful. I do admit I race every now and then on the street but I do try to keep my suroundings in view, like other drivers and such. Last night when I was leaving base, this dam Z-28 kept slowing down than taking off all fast i, trying to f*ck with me so when we got on an open strech ( a lot of those here in TX) I let him roll up and than I lit em up and said see ya!!! ha ha , thats my first kill in my new L , it was fun as hell, then he even came back for more like 2 miles down the road, same thing again, damn it was fun He quickly turned at the next stop light probally feeling like a little bi$ch because a 5000lb truck just spanked him, sorry to babbel it was just fun, hope you spank that TA

Its been on for a while, my L is not a daily driver. I take it out for a cruise like on weekends. Took it to the track once, but couldnt make it hook. I run on an 1/8th track, by best there has been a 7.92 with a 6# lower. Im sure it will do 7.70s now with good traction.
