Need Help, 3 pound lower pulley

Need Help, 3 pound lower pulley
I just got my Apten superchanger back and I am thinking of moving from a #5 to a #3 due to the additional boost the Apten makes.

After doing some digging I can't find anyone who makes a 3 pound lower.

Does anyone know where I can get a 3 pound lower from??

I meant a #1 upper..
