Quick plug question...

I'm posting this for someone on another board ..Here's his question..

"Do your AGSF12FM1 spark plugs come pre-gapped? Can they be gapped? I wasn't sure what parts of it are iridium. Is it just the tip, or is it also the prong?

What do you guys gap that plug to? "

Thanks for any help..

Those are the Stock Ford Plugs,

and of course you MUST check the Gap.
I'd go .038 - .040
Just the inside do hicky is iridium, BE CAREFUL not to snap it off,
or chip the porc. You must use the proper tool.
You CAN NOT do the "wedge a feeler between the tip and do hicky trick"

Here's some Cobra Brothers talking about it

http://www.svtperformance.com/forums...ht=spark+plugs

And here's the type of feeler guage / tool needed to pull
the tip open WITOUT wedging it inbetween the tip and do hicky
