1" front lowering springs

Guys, how many of you have bought 2" lowering shackles for the rear of your truck and then noticed that the back end sat a little lower than the front? What are the best lowering springs to buy for the L?

By the way, I decided to buy a set of Enkei RT6 wheels, 20 x 9 in silver.

I would of rather bought some forged Center Lines, but they don't make them any wider than 8.5".......

I'm curious. Have you noticed any difference in your get up and go with the 20's on?

It was a barely noticeable difference when I put the 20s on, but the difference in looks is the better end of the deal for me. With the 20s on and a completely stock truck save for a K&N panel filter, my truck ran a 13.9 at 101mph with 75 degree weather.

She's a pretty one for sure. I love black but for some reason the black L's look like they sit to high for me. Would definetly have to lower a black one.

I had Eibachs on my L, you can see it in my sig. The only thing that I didn't like about them were that several of the coils touched.

Belltech! The ride improvement over the stock springs was a complete surprise. A night and day difference.

Odin, you have any pics of your truck, and did you replace your shocks....if so what kind did you go with. I want to do the same for mine, but I DO NOT want to have a crappy lowered truck ride!

You don't need to change out your shocks with a 1" drop. You should be good even with a 2" drop. I just did the switch last week; and, the weather has been too nasty for pics. I'll have some as soon as I can get her clean again.

Takecover,

I have an 01 L with 2 " drop shaks in the rear and Ford Racing(Ground Force) 1 " lowering springs in the front. I replaced all four shocks with Ford OEM Bilstien's and the truck ridres and handles better than stock.
