I am gonna sell one of my sets of wheels and I am wondering if you guys think I should stick with the 03-04 wheels or the 99-00 wheels. I never really cared much for the 03 wheels, plus I think I could get a little more $$$ out of them.

 

Keep the 03s. The clear tends to peel off the 99-00 wheels anyways

 

I am thinking that I may powdercoat whichever set I keep so that shouldn't be a problem.

 

Can't beat the '00 style wheels in chrome.......best looking style of L wheels out there.................

 

the 99-00 rims are the best on these trucks-My 01 has chrome ones

 

The 99-00 wheels are by far the best looking but are slightly heavier too.

 

Either way , they both nice wheels !

 

Thanks guys, think I might throw the 00 wheels on to make sure I like them. If anyones lookin for some 03-04 wheels watch the classifieds in a few days

 

Supposed to be the 01-02 wheels that are heavier.

 

I'm not worried about weight here. When I start going to the track I will get drag wheels sooner or later.
