I've got long tube headers, high flow cats, and finish with bassani mufflers. however i'm debating doing the cat delete...i was wondering if anyone has this setup. if you do, how does it sound and how much louder is it? i'm lookin' for a little more sound out of the truck but headers with no exhaust at all is a bit too much for my ears, not to mention highly illegal. i'm leavin' the mufflers on there. so if you have this setup or know someone who does...feel free to post. (or of course if you are leeann you'll post something anyway! hehe) sound clips are also appreciated! thanks in advance...

that sound clip doesn't do justice to how loud it actually is with longtubes nocats and the magnaflows or bassini, I have that setup and its loud. you get used to the part throttle sound level eventually but at WOT it is loud, no drone either. but you can get yourself into trouble with the law if your not careful with the throttle because you will extra attention to yourself.

 

and Woodbridge doesn't have emission testing

That thing sounded mean as hell. That day we switched trucks, I came home and my mom was like WTF. I felt like I was on an episode of Monster Garage.

 

Let's just say with my setup I stomp on the gas at 70 mph and if there is a car to my right they will usually swerve because they get the **** scared out of them.:santa:

 

I guess we all need to move a few towns over, think of the mods we can get away with
