90mm?

this guy is selin his 90mm 2001 airbox and just wondering if would do anything for my 99L?

i dont want to get a chip to calbirate it, still have 3 yrs left on my warranty and dont want to void it

Why bother unless you are at WOT throttle a lot.

I know the factory made that improvement but if your warranty won't allow it then don't do it.

personally I would think you have a little better throttle response and low end grunt with the smaller one.

I haven't got to drive but one time since switching to a 90mm, but the MAFv. seems awfully close to the same v. @ the same Gm/S airflow as it had with the 80mm. ??? (using Predator datalogger)
I would have thought it would have been quite a bit lower---which is why some websites say you need them-to keep from hitting the 5.0v. max.
