Are you really sure you want to ask this?

Honestly, there is no best. You can run a quality Dino oil such as Chevron or Castrol, or you can run a synthetic like a Mobil 1, Royal Purple or Amsoil. If you are racing, or live in an area of extreme heat or cold, I would suggest going with the synthetic, otherwise you can get good performance out of any of the oils mentioned. Be prepared for 40 different recommendations.

I been using ULX- 110 synthetic oil. It's been proven over and over to be the best oil out there. I buy it in 5 gallon buckets it's about 80 bucks. Look here www.ulx110.com/Bullets.html

You should try Platinum I run Mobil1 in the race cars and the truck. We run Mobil1 15-50 in the Toyota Atlantic and F1 engines.

The factory Motorcraft 5w 20 Synthetic Blend is prefect for the job. Most L enthusiasts change their oil every 3K miles anyhow, so why spend the extra $$ on the expensive stuff?
