Billet Grille Owners, Need Some Help!

I have upper and lower Stulle grilles.

As of late, they have been chipping and the black coating that covers the inside of the slats is what has been chipped off.

It looks horrible, but I need a solution? Is there any paint I can buy at a Hardware store? Do I have to get new grilles?

Thanks in advance!

i do have a billet grill on upper and lower, in my opinion any paint will chip again, expecially if just a touch up job is done, it will look better for some time but u will have to touch it up alot to stay on top of it, the front of these trucks get blasted with road debris, i have had my front facia painted twice.
before i had my billet grills i tried painting the stock one, a body shop did this and it still chiped. best finish for a color to stay on the metal is powder coating , but it is tough to just get in between the slots doing a powder coat job..

Thanks guys!

BTW, will a Dremel be able to cut through the metal of the grille?

For some odd reason, my lower Stull grille has one slat that is 1/4 inch longer than the rest and I need to cut it down to make it fit...
