Talking Boost problems! please help

I am having problems with my truck building boost when warm. I have 15k on a stock long block and 400 miles on a new supercharger. Ford thought that the blower was my reason for lack of boost so they replaced that along with a new intercooler. So now im looking for other reasons??? its a 2000 lightning with a 90mm MAF, Single SVO T/B, superchip. is there any hoses i should check etc? any help is apreciated thanks

I bet it has somthing to do with the boost dump actuator.

Dose the dealer say its compressor surge. ..the supercharger is creating boost, but the throttle shaft is closed.

1st Unplug your boost dump actuator., its on the drivers side and see if that makes a difference.

you could check TPS sensor and adjust the sensor voltage if it is low.

Check your Passenger side PCV lines. Pull the line going to the lower intake( from the tee to the plenum) while its idling and make sure it has vacuum.

Well the dealer told me the reason for loss of boost was that the blades were melted and the coating came off them and clogged my intercooler...I had the dumb boost deal unplugged, is there any other way boost could be escaping?? Also what should the TPS read when i check it? thanks

Im with LatemodelRacer2, it sound like your boost actuator is not working, thats about the only thing I can think of that would keep your truck from building boost.

The only way your not building boost is your vanes/lobes are worn or the eaton is not turning...........but you replaced that.
Your problem is what the engine is doing with that charge when hot..... stuffing part of it into a cracked intake galley leaking into the crankcase...just reaching here...

so your eaton is working, its delivering a fixed volume of air per rotation.......your tuning/timing might be "off" it its not craming the full fixed volume of compressed charge in.

Do you have the stock throttle body to try......or did it run OK since you had the SVO T/B.

What makes you think it's not building boost? How do you know that? If you're just looking at the OEM boost gauge, it can be way off.

Is the s/c'r belt slipping, too loose, etc?
