Loudest, with cats and mufflers.... The Silver Bullet. I have long tubes, high-flow cats, and the Silver Bullet exhaust.(Magna-pack Mufflers) It's too damned loud! Well, almost anyway.
I set off car alarms driving through parking lots at just barely above idle. I scare small children and receive disapproving looks from the elderly. I've also caused all the young ladies in the neighborhood, to take up carrying an extra set of panties on the off chance I drive by while they are on there way out. Justin, I expect a commission on the next week's sales of Silver Bullets. LOL

I don't know about the other exhaust syetems out there but my exhaust is soooo loud i cant carry a conversion on my cell when i am driving. 
You would hear me when I am coming from several blocks away. I do get noticed where I go
Bassani headers, no-cat mid pipe system, 2 Borla XR-1 Sportman Race Mufflers with all 2 1/2 pipe. I came up with this setup and it is killer. Loud as hell too.
