Question about lower pulley adapter bolt size
Question about lower pulley adapter bolt size
I have read of a little "trick" so to say. I have a '99 Lightning, stock, and I am going to be putting on a JL 4lber, Predator, Boost Bypass, JDM CIA, 90mm MAF, 3:73's, Magnaflow catback and NGK-TR6's tomorrow.
The trick I read about is that with a deep offset wrench, I can simply take the adapter off instead of having to pull the pulley off first. I bought the pulley used, and didn't get the 14mm hex socket nor the motor lockup tool. I need the size of the bolts of the adaptor, so that I can get a wrench tomorrow.
I am very excited to get the mods put in, I have a stock 98 Z28 that says that there is not a truck in town that can touch him. My brother has a 6.0 Stroke that runs high 13's, and I would love to beat him as well!!!
Thanks for your help, and any suggestions that you may have.
