Line Valve Mod or FTVB

i did a search and seems some say one, others say the other... well is there really a $200 difference in the two? I mean, Line Valve seems to cost $40 compared to $200+ for FTVB....

other than price... whats the difference?

If you don't have the Line Mod already then spend the extra for the FTVB. The shifts are a little more balanced with the FTVB. It's suttle but there is a little difference.

FTVB all the way! Using a line mod valve in a stock valve body isn't the best thing for your tranny.

I actually have a JLP FTVB sitting right beside me that I was going to put on Ebay. It only has 500 miles on it because I ordered a built tranny from JLP that already came with one. If you're interested in it or want more info just e-mail me

scott015, Take the advice of Gregg, and get the FTVB. He knows more about the 4R100 trans. then anybody else.
