Im going to buy some new rims and tires for my truck, im going with 99 style lightning rims in 20'' size with 295/40/20 tires, a friend of mine told me that I shouldn`t go with the 20`s because the ride will be bad and my truck won`t handle well, im looking for some opinions from people that have 20`s on there trucks, how is the ride and how does your truck handle with the 20`s?, my truck is lowered 2/4, does anybody have a picture they can post so I can get an idea of how they will look?.

 

My Lightning is lowered with with a Bell Tech 3/4 with Western Chassis 2 inch lower A-arms and the rear frame is C-sectioned. The ride came a little stiffer and the truck still handles very well. I have the 01-02 "20 inch" Factory Replica Chrome rims with Goodyear 295-40-20 HP-ZR Tires. I really like the Stance! Lower is Better!!!

 

Your truck looks real good, your right, lower is better. what shocks are you using on your truck?.

Thank you for the compliment! I have Edelbrock Performer ISA front shocks with Doetsch Tech Nitro Slammer Tech rear shocks.
