Help with new motor

I bought an '02 Harley motor to drop in my SuperDuty that had a 5.4L. The problem I have run into is on the intercooler side. The two hoses from the back I have no idea what they connect to or where they are supposed to go. Do they connect to a heat exchanger somewhere that I obvioulsy don't have, and does it have a resevoir somewhere that I need. I don't have a lightning or harley truck to look at so I am in the dark here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything else looks like it will bolt in fine. I used my old engine mounts, wiring and wiring harness because the computers are on opposite sides from the F150's and the SD's.

if your talking abut behind the blower, one line goes to the I/C resvouir and the othere goes to Heat exchanger/pump.
