The cool thing about the E-fan is the fact that it helps on several fronts.
1. It removes upwards of 13lbs. off the front of the motor.
2. It significantly reduces the parasitic drag caused by the factory fanclutch.
3. Thus freeing up HP and TQ.
4. The manual switch enables you to cool the truck down considerably faster at the dragstrip while in the pits, or the lanes.
In the end, it simply helps the motor to produce power, more efficiently, throughout the entire powerband. Just my .02. Goodluck with your decision.
