1. Be able to deal with a drunken L owner after making his first 12 or 11 second pass - who truely believes it was his driving skill and not your mod.

2. Serve as a group psychologist to a very diverse age group of men (and a few women) from 17 to 50+ who refuse to admit the aging process has nothing to do with their need for speed.

3. The odd critic who thinks he knows more about your product than you.
