Except the JLP Ram Air System, that utilizes the fenderopening as well as the "lower air scoop". I asked KB before I bought it.

Yes, but because it attempts (I use that world lightly) to draw from the side fender outlet and the outside air through the lower tube, when I originally spoke to KB they felt it was acceptable. This was last June.
