Gator...Did you dyno today????
woo woo woo, I only ran 75HP jets for the 11.81,
65 HP jets for the (2) 12.0's
But I may consider buying 100HP Jets for my Gator Grudge Match
Actually, I am not going for the fastest stock block Gen II,
I'll leave that in Matt's hands, he deserves it.
I'm still going for fastest "with least Mod's"
I'm hoping for running an 11.6-11.7 with 4lbs + 75HP,
instead of 6lbs. I will continue to race the streets with 6lbs,
but no more track runs with 6lbs once this Porting Mod is done.
OK MAYBE JUST ONCE TO DUST YOUR ***
A very interesting season is almost apon us my good friend
AND THIS YEAR YOUR COMING TO LI TO PARTY AND RACE AT LEAST ONCE

Since it 16 yesterday and today, the installation is going sloooowly (bear in mind, I work outside all day so Iam not in no great hurry to be outside during the weekends)
Maybe next weekend I'll dyno, but if not, the one after that, for sure.
Rest assured, I'll post the dyno, and maybe a video of my new best time in the 1/4

Sometimes I forget it gets really cold in other parts of the country. Hell, I can't get my freezer down to 16.
Post em when you get em

Be sure and drink plenty of water. With temps like that, dehydration can just sneak right up on a person
Rocks
Yes Gator it seems has the NEW DESIGN Apten Port Job,
"Very impressive indeed", I've never seen anyone work
duct tape quite so well.
Mine is prob being done as we speak by my newest most
bestest friend
and our Lightning Brother, "WES".
@ Wes
The pictures I showed are some of Wes's original port jobs.
Like Apten, and good wine, his has gotten better
as time goes on. (I told him to take the whole bottom out
of mine, but he won't for some reason, HA HA HA
You my Man Wes, hook me up, I need 5HP more than Gator

It's hard for us to justify spending the time and money to constantly improve our products when as soon as we revise it everyone has to post close-up pictures of our stuff all over the net. Not just general pictures, but real close ups. I realize competition is good for everyone and there are going to be other players in the market, but if you errode our R&D by passing it out all over the place it's eventually going to cause a lack of funds to redevelop and improve products more. We might not have been the first to port a lightning case, but we did come up with the largest gain, and spend the dyno testing and effort to make everyone aware of the new modificaiton.
There are more things being worked on, and we will see more power improvments. But we also have to ask ourselves if the R&D is going to pay for itself. If you look at where we have come in jus a few months, imagine where we could go in the next year. Sometimes threads like this end up hurting the consumer more than us.
