If Dodge would tone down the hood/grill just a little bit I think it would look really good. It's just too in your face like it is.

I'm sorry, I just CAN NOT get use to that BIG *** MACK TRUCK
front end, and I think Dodge screwed up big time with no Automatic Transmission.

Rob,

I agree on the the Mack truck thought!

See Tom's write-up on the test-drive...

For $45,000 you would think they would at least paint match those ugly black side mirrors.

Those trucks have never looked that bad in photos, however, once you've seen the new short-bed regular cab Rams in person, you'll understand how good we've got it.

i actually like the front oend of the truck....its grown on me. But then it fades to a regular stock flat side bed. WTF is up with that? like the front end weighs 3000lbs and the rear weighs 500lbs

Thanks for the pics. The Lightning looks sooooo small compared to the SRT-10.

Chris,

That was one of the major reasons I went! I took it for a spin, got an opportunity for a couple of pics, had to get the money shot ! Maybe we should get a few more of those shots and send the Dodge boys a Christmas card...or something.

Ronald is the man to thank for the pics. He came along and snapped a buttload. You can say that is a stock for stock comparison, as the red Lightning in the shots is mostly stock. Too bad he showed up late....otherwise I would have tried to race him with the SRT-10 to give the sales guy a front row seat of the awesomeness of the stock Lightning !
