The CD changer will fit perfectly under the center seat on top of the hump.

I think the thunderforms are a good choice for people who want sound now, but i bought a pair of jl audio 8w7's and had no choice to custom build a pair of boxes because in order to fit with seat back they had to downfire. I chose fiberglass as the way to go and ended up getting almost 1 cubic foot per enclosure with the seats all the way back. as far as the amps and disk changer are concerned, they will all be mounted in the bed in a custom fiberglass showpiece painted to match the truck just the sub boxes. I would scrap the stock disk changer because it doesnt play burned cds or mp3s and get a better one of your choice. the stock one will fit under the passenger seat though, not sure if the bass will make it skip?.
