Warner Robins Ford Service Kicks A$$!
Took my L in Monday morning to have new fog lights installed and for peeling paint on the right front ground effect.
They gave me a '04 F150 Crew Cab to drive. Picked my truck up yesterday. They installed the "new style" fog lights (w/o the 'bulb shroud') and had a local body shop remove and repaint both the ground effects under the passenger side door and the small piece in front (the piece that was peeling).
I am a happy customer! The paint matches perfectly, and the new 'uncracked' fog lights look MUCH better! All warranty work.
This is the 3rd time I have left my truck with them for warranty issues, and I have left happy every time.
Since you so frequently hear stories of how people get screwed or jerked around by service departments, I wanted to add another positive post for the record.

My friend that lives there says they are also mod friendly. He has had warranty work on both his L's and his 03 cobra and they all had chips and pulleys. Wish there was a dealer like this around here.
They are in fact mod friendly...
When I had my truck in to have the passenger side head gasket replaced last year, I was talking to the mechanic that was going to be doing the work. I told him at had a 4# pulley that I was going to install when I got the truck back. He asked me if I wanted him to do it while he had it apart! I thanked him for asking and told him I wanted to do it myself.

Nope, Eddie sold it several years ago. Don't know the new owner's name, but his teenage daughter Brittney can be seen on the video carlot shows. He was driving my L as his demo when I bought it.
BTW Dan, I still have your flywheel strap, in case you were wondering.
