some people...
I am definately not gonna register there just so a bunch of punk *** kids can talk outta there bung holes. I knew this would happen when people started saying that the srt would wax the L. Then when an L won, they would say "well the Lightning isn't stock." Ok so my 400 hp is more than your 500 hp? It is still a 500 horse truck. Now the excuses of "lets go stock for stock" start. Well, Band proved that he could go 13.1 in his bone frickin stock L. How many more excuses can losers come up with?
BTW, the picture of the engines on that forum page, the bottom one is OH SO PRETTY!

"For one thing the Dodge was not trying at all"
" the SRT/10 isn't out yet that I know of"
"SRT 10 ram would smoke a lightning -- that clearly was not one"
"not exactly a fair race"
"the Ram SRT/10 just came out less than a month ago, you've gotta give this truck some time to prove itself"
"The truck in that video was not trying at all"
"i think he(driver) screwed up or something"
"The driver may or may not have been trying, but the truck surely was not"
That is just a quick run down of the excuses I read why the Dodge lost. Looks like some of the dodge boys read f150online...there were some of the top ten excuses we predicted they'd use.

Hmmmmm,
why would I buy something with a great amount of cash that I "know" I have to spend even more money on, just to "hopefully" keep up with something that is 3/4's of the cost I originally paid in the first place, but most likely I will be beat by that dreaded cheaper priced item 3/4's of the time, most of the time, if not all the time?!?!?
Hmmm, ok kiddies let's ponder this.

Think about this...
This was to be the Dodge boys Flagship, their torch carrier, their mighty "Lightning Slayer". For years they were led to believe this. Only a very limited few of these guys will ever own one. The rest would use it as a badge of honor for their overall love of all things Chrysler. Well guess what? It didn't happen. The LIGHTNING is still KING. Long live the KING
I replied... for the record, I did buy my L for towing, and do tow quite a bit with it.

Although, I don't dirve it around in the snow anymore (I had to pick up the trailer in Conneticut in January
)... The L will still raost the tires pulling the trailer loaded down with the race bikes.
