EGT Gauge Sensor Install Pics

Anyone got pics of where they installed the sensor for the EGT gauge?

Ok so when someone is selling a pyrometer it's just the probe? Then you need the EGT gauge to correspond with the probe? Also what's the differences between all the different versions of that probe? Thanks.

Mostly I think the more expensive ones are probably more accurate. Some clamp on some you have to weld a bung on the exhaust some you tap and thread a fitting in like the ones pictured above. BTW, they don't leak. Some kits may include the probes...

Dose the clamp on work just as good as the thread in probs.

Welded on the bung included in the kit. In the picture i just had a brass plug in it.

The autometer harware included with the sensor or gauge threads right in. Since it's NPT it tapers and will not go in all the way. Set it up so the probe is about halfway into the tube. The autometere instructions have specific measurements.
