transmission problems?
me too rob. Hey fellas. I got under there and and my 02 sensor wires on the driver side were kinda dangling around ... i have no clue where those tabs go, but i didn't see any big cuts unless it is burned through up top where i can't see. i moved them over to see if it was a minor cut buit i keep blowing them. is this the only problem? i really hate to take it to ford over this...but then again.. i only have ramps.
I'm sorry to hear that your still having problems. I hope I'm not pointing you in the wrong direction. If the fuse blows as soon as you put it in, I would say you have a constant short to a ground somewhere. If the fuse doesn't blow right away and blows when you torque the motor up, then I would say the dangling wires may be the problem.
It is going to make it virtually impossible to scan with a blown fuse. You will end up with a rediculous amount of codes and be led in the wrong direction.
I'm going home now.....
