Roush Drop guys

Gotta quick q for u roush drop guys. after u installed the rear leafs did you shim the rear? i got the roush leafs and 2" shackes in the 1" position. I have no vibration or anything, just curiuos if im a lil past a good degree of pinion angle? I really know nothing about it, and how it affects performance. Let me know, thanks!

oh yea, if your running a roush drop, what kinda traction device are u using?

I have Roush stuff on my 01. I also have drop shackels in the one inch hole..was in the 2 inch..but ..I raised it back after a few months.....never installed the shims I bought...I run the CalTracks..but if I bought any again I would go wwith the slide a links....a freind put them on his 67 stang....he gets 1.60 60 foot times....Course it it a hot 351 Cleveland and weighs in at 3200 lbs.

I have not had any problems with not installing the shims..I think if you put a angle finder on yours you'll be surprised at how close you are to minus 2 degrees...

I have the full roush suspension and I cut 1.62, 1.63, 1.64's all of the time. I have the JDM traction bars and use 28x11.5x16 dot's on 16x10 aluminum wheels. The axle frequently bottoms out though on quick starts like that.

BTW, I either put in 2° or 4° shims(cannot remember which)
