Did you leave a message?? Usually they like to return calls at night to try to get the orders out during the day.

They're good people, they'll help ya out

Sorry we are a little slow getting back to people this week. We are here, but I have been out most of the week looking for a building to move our new shop into. It's not been fun. Just leave a message and we will get back to you for sure.

Sal, what's wrong with your website? I'm trying to send you a customer.

Tim, It's 4:30pm EST on Fri. 1/23 and I can access Sal's PSP site without problem.

No problem hooking up with Sal site too.
Most people don't realize is that most of "OUR" tuners are small companies that try to build, ship, R & D parts during the day. So they are not able to answer the phones during the days. But Sal has always gotten back with me within a day or so

Also a good reason why I like to deal with guys that use email. If you only go by phone calls, then there's a very short time frame to make contact in, and leave a voicemail that can be confusing. Or, send a quick email, the vendor can look it over in his spare time, shoot off an inpersonal email right back, at any time of the day.
