Unhappy start problem

Earlier today I disconnected the battery as I was doing a few things on the truck. Well I connected everthing back and left the truck alone. I just went outside to grab a six and the truck won't start so I'm like WTF. I disconnected the battery again and still nada. There's power the headlights/interior lights all turn on even the e-fan works. The odometer just shows dashes and the theft light is blinking and all the lights are on. Can the chip do this? I've disconnected the battery several times before and this has never happened. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem. Went to the dealer, they reset the PATS.

Here is my post.
