x-plan L price?

so i know the MSRP for a new L, but no that i have my new pin (thanks rdy2rac), what should i expect to pay for a new L? does the dealer have one price they have to sell to me at or can they trick it on me, and make me pay more somehow?

also, does the pin apply to any ford motor company product? it is also a one-time use thing right? like, could i buy any ford vehicle or ford-owned vehicle? like say, a lincoln, with it? just curious....still getting the L, no worries

it will work on any ford family car. lincoln, mercury, volvo, land rover and jaguar. x-plan is a set price. make them show you the invoice if you feel the price isn't right.

One thing to consider, is that the dealer is not required to sell you a vehicle at the X plan price. Shouldn't be a problem if you live in an area where there are multiple dealers, plus most dealers seem to have larger than average inventory of them now also. You might also look for a 2003, as I have heard of some dealers moving them for less than X plan. Basically the same truck. Good luck on your purchase.

No, x-plan is not the same as invoice. I tried to get the x-plan price, but couldn't get it for a Lightning.

The dealer has to show you the X-Plan worksheet. I shopped and got them at several places. Some were $29,800 and some were $29,900. The $29,700 was for previous years.

This is the same thing I told you in the email I sent you. The price of the L isn't what you need to be concerned about, it's the negative equity in your trade. NO DEALER is going to sell you his car cheap and pay you more than your trade-ins worth to pay it off. It's just that simple.
