Thumbs down

I don't know if you've ever noticed John but those mullet heads at VMP won't let us Ford drivers beat up on GM products. They direct you to go up against some 15 second ricer or some 10 second job that blows parts all over the track when they let go. They don't get my money unless I need to test something or if friends go. I never go there for the hell of it anymore.

I agree.... I would rather make the 2 hour drive than run VMP. The people there dont have a clue how to run a track smoothly.

You pay top dollar and get 1 or 2 test sessions in. I only run a few track these days....

I am thinking Feb 7th.... How does that sound?

I think that date will work for me. I have met several other Lightning owners around this area that may want to go as well.
I wonder if Superfords has his motor done yet? I'd like to see him run.

Works for me I think. They're calling for rain but with a sunny day on either side so it could change...

Richard, it looks like the 7th is a big time IHRA event. Will they let us do runs in between rounds like before? If the weather is permitting and we can get some runs in i'm ready to roll.

A few people went today and loved it... I didnt go mainly some people off another board.

All are ready to go back, I am doing my truck tomm and if all goes well, I will plan on the 7th to go. They will let us run in between rounds im sure!

Its just a winter event, it wont be MAJORLY packed, but it will be like last time.
