Plugs are in...
I installed my IT-22 in 2 hours 
Plugs 5 and 6 were less than tight, finger tight at best. number 5 had signs of blow by and number 1 looked melted and fouled. The rest of them looked normal.
All I can say is use the proper tools and life is good.
