A friend from Irvine, Ca called me and told me his dodge dealer is offering the srt10 for 100% over invoice, thats right, $92000!!! I am wondering if the bed comes loaded with crack????????? (or would that be over the GVW...?)

I bought my L after the intial rush.....was it as stupid as this...price gouging etc.....? It seems the dealers have over ordered the inventory and no one knows when or where the srt will be ready. Oh, to be be a dodge lover

That just sounds like California. Where homes are $1mil+ and apartments are only for the wealthy

Either way, I doubt someone would buy it at that price. There's already guys buying their SRT-10s at MSRP, and some under MSRP.

 

That's what I thought. But I assume that with most of them heading to Texas, and spoken for, some dealers will try anything...morons

 

Id rather have 3 Lightnings for that price...and all 3 would hand that SRT his a**!!!!

My brother in law just bought one at a cost of $70,000+ from what I have been told. Hmmm, can't see spending that much for that truck!

I commented on this a couple weeks back. The Dodge dealers even marked up the lame a$$ PT Cruiser. So I knew they were going to go nuts with the SRT 10. And believe it, someone in So. Ca. will pay the 92K for the thing. Some people out there just have too much money, and want to be the first kid on the block to have one.

 

Yeah, but california also makes more money than most of the other country anyway. Our overall average incomes are greater...minimum wage is either THE or one of the highest as well.

 

California is the 5th largest ecconomy in the world. The minimum wage is the same in CA as everywhere else. It's a Federal minimum wage. We just have to find a way to make way more than minimum wage if we're going to live out here. The cost of living here is really starting to **** me off.

 

My sister lives in CA. I don't know how much she's paying out there but I'll bet it's worth it. While I'm freezing my a$$ off over here, she's calling me from the friggin beach.

 

I do know that the cost of living cali is much higher then it is in ga. I have a friend out there who says his house is a 3bed 2 bath and he's paying about 1600 a month for it.

I live in a house thats a 4bed 3 bath with basement and im only paying 1200 a month. So yeah, I dont see what the big deal about cali is. They have **** poor gas, and ghey emissions test. I wouldnt want to live there. I mean how does the terminator become the govenor?
