Yet another SRT-10 thread

I was checking out the local boards and i saw this thread. Supposably some dodge dealer in the bham area has one. I will be in bham tommorow so if he replies where it is im gonna go by and check it and get some pics for yall. I cant wait to smoke one

damn, 9 mpg thats rough i know our Ls only sticker at 12 but jeez, plus how the hell do you put anything in the back of the truck with that ugly *** spoiler in the way, they really should come stock with the fiberglass tonneaus the spoiler with the open bed just doesnt work for me.

A gentleman in Texas, I believe already had his to the track and ran 13.54@104 with a 2.2 60ft. Doesn't sound like a very good driver to me.

Yup, sounded like his clutch wasn't too happy with his driving. He said something about smoke. I don't know if that means he smelled the clutch or he actually saw smoke. Makes you wonder about those clutches. A Dodge tech who was supporting the press intro said the media went through a bunch of clutches...

No 7/70 on the SRT, Dodge must know something.

I'm wondering if thats the one that goes by 9 seconds? he's had his about a week & lives in Texas.
If it is, he runs in the 9's with his Viper & should know how to drive it better than most.
Of course getting an extra thousand +Lbs. launched might mess up a clutch before you get it down.

Not sure where he lives. His SRT is red.

9 seconds got his Red one at northwest Dodge in the Houston area.
