Slick,
Did you give it time to work all the OLD OIL from the tubes and lines before coming to this conclusion ?
The reason I ask is, when I 1st did the Lightning Enterprise Mod,
I found the same thing, still got oil in T/B. I wrote them, and they told me to wait a while and check it again, (time needed for old oil to work out of lines).
And remember, sometimes the oil is actually coming from the
rear of the Throttle Body (oil in Upper Manifold) yet it appears as though it's coming from the front.
Here's how mine looked when I checked it after installing the Lightning Enterprise Kit.
(Oil dripping out of my BRAND NEW TB)
Notice how it's coated THE ENTIRE FRONT BUTTER FLY

This pic is after removing the T/B and taking the PSP Nitrous Plate
off. Your looking at the rear view of the nitrous Plate
(notice where nozzle is ponting --> into manifold)
As you see the oil is also coating the entire REAR BUTTERFLY

Here's the inside view of the oily Upper Manifold
Hard to see, but the color diff pretty much shows you all the oil

Gave it some more time and checked it one last time
AND I WAS SPOTLESS FROM THE FRONT VIEW

The discoloring you see is actually the oil stained Butterfly
But not a drop of oil UP FRONT.
Also notice my Boot is now SPOTLESS

Not a spec of oil in it, the oil is clearly now coming from behind

Yes Rob,
I waited about 3-4k I was doing routine maint (cleaning air filter)
and I noticed the whole front boot and hoses especially from drivers side full of oil so I took everything apart flushed it with carb cleaner and put back few weeks later truck was stalling a bit took everything off again so much oil it was on MAF sensor causing stalling . The TB was coated not as much but hoses and behind TB all messy also front rubber boot by MAF.
I don't know now since truck hasent been started since dyno day (DEC 20TH) and it is to damn cold to even care ....lol
I will check in a few weeks if it ever warms up also now they say snow for Wed/Thurs
I will let you know did you do the dime mod with Lightning Ent. PCv kit or did you have to buy a differant PCV
Sorry for the long rant

That is strange The 2 Lightning Ent PCV's made all the diff
for me
No I haven't done the Dime ""yet"", got a few sitting here ready
to give it a try, but like you said too frucking cold to care
or work on it.
This single digit crap is just tooooooooooooooooo much
Maybe your running too much oil ??? I know it sounds weird,
but a 1/2 qt can make all the diff.
