looking for a dragway in Charleston SC....Help!
Hey fellow Lightning addicts!
I just got word that I am going to be doing a ship yard period in Charleston South Carolina. What are the closest dragways to there? I don't care if its NHRA or IHRA or 1/8 or 1/4 mile, just some place to have some fun. I did a quick search, but with my internet con. being satalite fed from the Mediteranian, searching takes hours! I'll be in SC in late feb.

You have a few 1/8th mile choices.
Cooper River
Dorchester
Greer Dragway
And a couple 1/4 mile choices
Carolina
Darlington
Cooper River is the closest to Charleston.

Whip you'll love charleston between the nightlife and women. The two dragstrips i only know of are cooper river dragway and dorchester. both are 1/8th mile. I went to highschool and college there, what a nice place to be.
