What bolt pattern and offset for 20" rims?

Well I dont have a lightning but an '03 F150 exd cab. I figured you guys are more familiar with rims than the general crowd so hopefully I can post this here.

What is the bolt pattern of the F150?

What offset are you guys running with 20's?

How big of tires will fit on the stock height?

Im looking at some rims with a 5 x 5.5 bolt pattern and a 14mm offset and was wondering if they will fit correctly.

Also thinking of getting some 285/50 R 20 tires and was wondering if I will have any rubbing issues.

I appreciate the help and hopefully my ignorance wont scare you guys away. Thanks in advance!
