I would buy rods bore 0.30 pistons reburn the chip for 150 shot of nitrous and A 150 shot nitrous kit

 

Magnum Power and rods will be real close to the buget and probably the biggest performance for the money. With a good tune the factory pistons will be just fine at 16lbs of boost. Truck could run 11.4ish no problem.

Wait for the wheels until the taxman payeth back 4/15.

But if it's the Truck you wanna spend it on,
I'd go with a Magnum Power S/C and a Hood as choice one,

Or a JLP Short Block, He runs great sales on them ocasionally

If money wasn't an issue you would already have those mods.

Buy a house or a rental and watch that 3K grow. These interest rates are not going to be around for long.
