Suggestions where to buy 20" replicas?

May be interested in '01 replica 20s (painted, not chrome) and just wanted to get some feedback as to where, who and price.

Also, some bonus info would be what tires you're running. Looking to run a drag radial.

Thanks in advance!!

Thanks Gator. Long time no see...although I don't come around here too much lately.

I'm pretty much wheel illiterate. Is there anything I need to be concerned about with switching from the stock rims? If so, what would I need to do? And why are the 20s only 9" wide?

Thanks again..

From what I've seen the 20's don't look that different than the 18's but in chrome they all look better and I like the extra 1/2 inch on the width.

Great service and a great price.

Just FYI, I had a set of painted 20s on my black 2000. There is a HUGE difference in looks - trust me. I had people that had no idea about cars asking me "what I did to make my wheels look so much bigger." LOL! Those and the BFG KDWs really made a nice package. Bad thing is, I didn't get any pics once the truck was dropped and on the new wheels.

Go with the painted 20s - you won't regret it.

What size KDWs were you running?

Thanks for the feedback.

Of course, 20s will almost always add weight. Definitely depending on if they are cast (heavy) and forged (less heavy).

Dan-
Sorry! I missed your question the first time around. I pop in here every now and again, but don't check things too regularly.

It's been over a year, but I believe they were 295/35/20. I remember that there was a question between the 35 ratio and the 30 ratio. People were saying that 295/30/20s would be too narrow and would be too rough. I believe they were right - IMO, the 35s are the ones to get. Good looking and good ride. You could absolutely feel the road, but it wasn't jarring by any means.

I just tried to double-check the size on tirerack, but they weren't showing up for some reason.

Anyway, they were great tires and really handled the wet well. I can't tell you how many times I got REALLY loose on the F1s in the rain - I never had that problem with the GForce KDWs.

EDIT:
I went back and played around on tirerack. I found some that were 295/40/20 in the KDWs. Maybe that's what I had??? Dunno, though. I remember there being a choice between two ratios. Whatever size they were, I really liked the BFGs.
