Should I get my chip reburned?

Should I get my chip reburned?

was made near 2 years ago... would it make a big difference?

If it were my truck I would get the chip reburned...$100 isn't much compared to how much you spent for the truck. As far as feeling the difference...you probably won't, but at least it will be running safe

Well, since your current program was not made off dyno feedback, it's always a good idea if you can dyno the truck and then have the tune refined. Even if you had a brand new truck, and got a chip from me last week, I'd still suggest putting it on the dyno and seeing if we can tweak it some more.

well I plan on going and getting it dyno'd probably this weekend or early next week, just have to find time to get there...

so what do you reccomend changing other than the a/f ratio? I dont know exactly what the previous owner had you do as far as the timing and everything else, but for me this is an everyday driver. I only drive about 15-20 miles per day, but its still an everyday driver and I havent ever nor do I plan on going to track much... but dont get me wrong, I still want to embarass some cars in my 5000lb truck....

so other than getting the a/f ratio almost exact.... what else are you going to do if anything?
