The commentary is what makes it so funny.

He's probably pissed Alan right about now.

Sorry Alan for the "commentary" I didnt know Steele would post it

It was very humid and 75 degrees.... otherwise you would have a 13.8 or so. Hey we can get you a line lock and get me some traction bars and hit the track again and make that helmet a requirement

Steele 12.6 @ 106 and I had a wheel hopping 13.1@ 106

Nothing to be ashamed of for your first time at the track.

Next time bust the clock and make them tell you to put the helmet on.

Holy Shiznit!!! You really posted it! You and Clay were ruthless....LMAO. I can't believe you would do this to Alan!!! Alan I tried my best to talk Steele out of posting the video!

Don't worry you redeemed yourself with that 200 foot burnout in front of Steele's place!

Later,
Todd

Dont feel bad. The first time out is always an experience. I saw my buddies in the lanes my first time and i went and got in line next to them. Who would of thought u needed a helmet... Anyways, it was my lanes time and i realized i had no helmet and needed one I ran to the shack and rented one just in time. Staged and forgot i left something in the bed of my truck which came out on the track when i launched. My friend got it for me. I could also tell you about the time i drove around the water pit with my slicks, backed in and proceded to do my burnout in reverse. Stuff like that happens to everyone. YOURS JUST GOT POSTED ON THE INTERNET!! j/k You will be in the 13's soon for sure. Not bad for a first run.

Hey Alan
Don't worry about it we have all made a lot worse runs than that. Maybee Bill can post the Vid of my 17 second run, now that was not a fun run. I have left the line in 2nd gear, and didn't realize it till I hit the rev limiter about half way down the track.

Istill like tha part at the end where they called you a *****
