I would suggest a custom box made from 3/4" MDF. The Thunderform box is made kind of cheap and won't allow the best sound from your sub. By going custom, you can also have a box built tailored for the subs you are going to use.

not sure off hand on cost as most of it was got at cost and me and a friend did all the work ourselves (see sig.)

thanks for the compliments

here is my best guess:
headunit - paid ~1200
RF BD1001 - ~400
RF 551S - ~350
subs - ~250
5 1/4's for kicks ~100
1" tweets - ~100
6 1/2" mids for doors ~150
parts for passive crossover ~40
brown bread ~150
wiring - ~200
mdf, fiberglass, vinyl, bondo, resin, ~500
plus another 100+ hours of man time into it.

The sealed box really helps. Can't wait to get it into the truck.

SVT F150 - Are those Q-Forms? Did you reinforce them at all with anything like sounddeadening? Did you have to move your e-brake and can you still use it?
